Leveraging Online Channels for Growth: A Digital Marketing Strategy for Bataan Products Expansion

ABSTRACT

Digital marketing is the online promotion of goods and services. The innovative application of information technology (IT) and marketing tactics is the secret to the success of digital marketing. One-size-fits-all advertisements have given way to customized and relevant ones. Just take the newspaper as an example. To further assess the digital techniques employed by the participants, the online stores and online list were detailed in this study, such as Lazada and Shoppee, TikTok, Facebooks, however, all the online strategies were also discussed for clarification of the manuscript on hand. This study aims to leverage online channels for growth as the digital marketing strategy for Bataan products expansion is identified. Thereby, the research objectives were: Highlight the Online Channels used by the Bataenos (specifically the entrepreneurs); Identify the e-commerce platforms and describe the best techniques in the product expansion and develop an online framework for the online channels, and include all the best practices from the participants. The output of the study is the development of the online framework for the online channels and includes all the best practices from the participants. In this study, the researcher used qualitative phenomenology. Phenomenology is concerned with the study of human perception of events or phenomena from the actual happenings in the real world. The data came from the Bataenos, which included the small group discussions. The SGD was done in a familiar place, such as face-to-face, Google, messenger and Zoom to minimize fear and other negative tensions that may arise. The results are as follows: the presence of the business permit is a protection; the business is all about the main concern of the customers, especially the new generations; business expansion is established among the businesses to increase their profits, online platforms are effective and less costly. Some of their best practices include the development of the online platform or the usage of concurrent online platforms, and increasing delivery through online platforms too.
