ABSTRACT
This study investigates the instructional leadership, collaboration, and performance of school heads in the Schools Division of Antique, Philippines, for the 2023-2024 academic year. It explores how demographic factors influence these variables and examines their collective impact on educational outcomes. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, data were collected from 218 randomly selected school heads using validated questionnaires and performance reviews. The findings highlight significant relationships between instructional leadership, collaboration, and school head performance, underscoring the need for professional development tailored to specific contexts.
