ABSTRACT

This study investigates the instructional leadership, collaboration, and performance of school heads in the Schools Division of Antique, Philippines, for the 2023-2024 academic year. It explores how demographic factors influence these variables and examines their collective impact on educational outcomes. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, data were collected from 218 randomly selected school heads using validated questionnaires and performance reviews.
