ABSTRACT
This study assesses the competence, technology integration, and supervisory practices of public elementary school heads in the Schools Division of Antique during the 2023-2024 school year. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational research design, data are collected from 218 randomly selected school heads through a validated questionnaire. Findings indicate high levels of competence, varying degrees of technology integration, and effective supervisory practices among school heads. Significant relationships emerge among these variables, highlighting the potential of enhanced technology use and leadership training to further improve overall school performance.
