ABSTRACT

This study investigates the leadership effectiveness, professional commitment, and workplace culture among elementary school heads in the Schools Division of Antique, Philippines, during the school year 2023-2024. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational research design, the study surveyed 365 randomly selected teachers to assess these constructs and their relationships. Findings revealed that school heads generally demonstrate very high levels of leadership effectiveness and professional commitment and a very good workplace culture, with significant variations observed when classified by school size. Additionally, the study identified significant relationships among the three constructs, highlighting the importance of professional development to enhance school management and educational outcomes.
